ARBITRATION
These Terms and Conditions and your use of this Site shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without reference to its conflict of law principles.

You acknowledge and agree that, by assenting to these Terms and Conditions, the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) shall dictate the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. Any such arbitration must proceed with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), before a single arbitrator, licensed to practice law, who is mutually agreed upon. It will be conducted according to the then-current Arbitration Rules of the AAA, and the arbitrator shall abide by these Terms and Conditions. The arbitrator shall possess the authority to grant legal, equitable, and declaratory remedies. Such arbitration shall be conclusive and binding on all parties and shall remain confidential. These arbitration stipulations were last modified on June 18, 2025.
Revision of Terms

Product Availability
Occasionally, you may be able to add a product to your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order might subsequently be cancelled due to product unavailability. You acknowledge that products can sell quickly, and there might be a brief interval after an order has been submitted when the product is no longer in stock. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without incurring any penalty. In very rare instances, you might receive a Shipping Confirmation from us, yet the product may no longer be available in our inventory or that of our third-party fulfillment provider. You agree that we may revoke our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability. Sometimes, due to the volume of orders we process, an item may become out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. Pricing
In uncommon situations, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. Unintentional errors or erroneously advertised prices are not binding on Jewelroid and may be adjusted by Jewelroid at any time. Jewelroid retains the prerogative to rectify any and all errors when they arise. If an order is placed for a product with a listed price lower than its actual price, Jewelroid will, at its discretion, either inform the customer before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify the customer of such cancellation. Our prices are also subject to alteration without prior notice. Should Jewelroid adjust a retail price, offer a site-wide discount, or provide a promotional discount via email, social media advertisement, or other advertising channels, Jewelroid will, in its sole judgment, match the lower or discounted price upon your notification within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase. In the event of a price match, Jewelroid will issue a credit for the difference between the price paid and the discounted price to the original payment method. Jewelroid does not price match finished jewelry against any other website or competitor. Jewelroid does price match loose diamonds against US competitors. Payment Details
We accept Venmo, credit card payments, and bank wire transfers for orders exceeding $500.00. After you have selected your jewelry and placed it in the cart, you will encounter prompts on the cart and checkout pages to input any promotional codes you may possess, and to enter your payment specifics, such as credit card information, shipping address, and billing address. By providing your payment information and confirming your order, you grant us and our third-party payment processors authorization to charge the order amount to your chosen payment method.
Your Account and Order
When you access or utilize the Jewelroid website or your personalized account, you bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer. For your protection, Jewelroid insures and registers all items for their full value. Jewelroid stipulates that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or residential address only; we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Additionally, an adult signature is required for the delivery of all orders.
Returns
Customers who consistently purchase and return a significant portion or all of their items, thereby causing Jewelroid to incur excessive and costly merchandise restocking, may be designated as Returns Abusers. Jewelroid holds the exclusive and unfettered discretion to identify Returns Abusers as such. We do not permit comparison shopping. Comparison shopping involves acquiring multiple items with the intent of keeping the most favored one and returning the remainder. Verification
Jewelroid evaluates the business operations and sourcing practices of suppliers before engaging with them to better understand the risks of modern slavery in a supplier's operations. This evaluation includes an assessment of supplier-provided data regarding their sourcing practices and business operations, as well as a review of other information available to and requested by Jewelroid.
Audits
Suppliers undergo assessments that include an evaluation of modern slavery risks within their supply chain. Our suppliers may be subject to in-person, unannounced assessments by Jewelroid or unannounced third-party audits.
Certification
Suppliers are expected to provide written acknowledgment of compliance with our requirements concerning their conduct, which must align with our expectations regarding human rights issues, including the prohibition of modern slavery in our supply chain. Accountability

Training
Jewelroid standards and policies are regularly communicated to employees, including during their onboarding orientation. Employees with roles and responsibilities related to supply chain management also receive specific training concerning our supply chain policies and procedures, including vendor evaluation procedures to mitigate human rights risks. Jewelroid has established a Vendor Compliance Team to review current industry standards and conduct due diligence of our supply chain, including mitigating risks associated with human rights violations.
